Processing & Dispatch
Each Magic Bath Tea® blend is created with intention and formulated to support emotional balance, clarity and well-being.
Our skincare and wellness collections are developed in partnership with certified laboratories, ensuring high performance, safety and consistency while honouring the ancestral Brazilian roots that inspire our rituals.
Every product is rigorously tested for quality, stability and purity, preserving the sensory experience and energy that define the Magic Bath Tea® universe.
Processing Time: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped directly from our studio in England.
International Shipping: We ship worldwide, allowing Magic Bath Tea® rituals to be experienced wherever you are.
Confirmation: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with full tracking details.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns under the conditions below:
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
To request a return, email us at info@magicbathtea.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days, depending on banking and payment provider timelines.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos and a description of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Our formulas are crafted with natural ingredients, which may result in subtle variations in colour, texture or scent. These variations do not affect product performance or quality.
