Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide.
All orders are processed in England and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 1–3 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • United States and International: 7–14 business days

A tracking number is provided once the order has been shipped.
All parcels are packed securely using eco-friendly materials to preserve product integrity.


Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Due to the nature of self-care, hygiene and cosmetic products, all sales are final.
For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once products have been opened or delivered.

However, in line with UK and EU consumer regulations, we will replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request support, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Photo of the issue

  • Brief description of what occurred

We will resolve your case promptly.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Products opened or partially used

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Orders returned without prior approval

When applicable, refunds are issued to the original payment method.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or held by customs, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
We follow carrier policies and will support you throughout the process.


Wrong Address Policy

If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, Magic Bath Tea® is not responsible for lost parcels.
If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will make every effort to update the address.

Wholesale deliveries follow the same guidelines, with customised fulfilment and tracking depending on order size.
