Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide.
All orders are processed in England and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United Kingdom: 1–3 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • United States & International: 7–14 business days

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
All parcels are carefully packed using eco-friendly materials to preserve product integrity.


Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the nature of self-care, hygiene, and cosmetic products, all sales are final.
For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once products have been opened or delivered.

However, in accordance with UK and EU consumer regulations, we will replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number

  • Photo(s) of the issue

  • Brief description of what occurred

We will review your request promptly and provide a resolution.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Products that have been opened or partially used

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Orders returned without prior approval

When applicable, authorised refunds are issued to the original payment method.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or held by customs, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
We follow the carrier’s policies and will support you throughout the process.


Wrong Address Policy

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, Magic Bath Tea® is not responsible for lost parcels.
If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will make every effort to update the address on time.


Wholesale Orders

Wholesale shipments follow the same guidelines, with customised fulfilment, processing, and tracking depending on order size and destination.
